The Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) has changed the way businesses can get their energy use data. It means if you have a smart meter, you can now request historic smart meter data and your energy supplier must respond to your request within 10 working days.

Step 3: Log in to see your consumption data at any time, shown as actual consumption in a half hourly (HH) format.
