By sending us regular meter readings you'll get accurate bills and only ever pay for the energy you use.
With a smart meter you won’t need to provide meter reads as these are submitted automatically. If you don't already have one, request a smart meter here.
Direct Debit is a quick, convenient, and reliable way to pay your bills. Simply set up a Direct Debit and you will receive a 7%[1] discount (providing you are on a contract with us). For more information visit Set up a Direct Debit

If you can't afford to pay what you owe, or if you're struggling with a back bill that you've received from us, we may be able to offer you longer payment terms.
What you'll need before you contact us:
If you're on our standard variable or deemed prices, you're out of contract and paying our more expensive rates. This might've happened if you've moved into business premises that we supply, but haven't agreed a new contract.
You can reduce your rates with a fixed price energy plan for 1, 2 or 3 years. Then you'll know how much you're paying each month.
If you're a charity or not-for-profit organisation, you can apply for a reduced VAT rate and remove Climate Change Levy from your bill.
If you're experiencing financial difficulty there are several organisations who offer independent advice and support.
Business Debtline is an established charity that provides free, impartial and confidential debt advice to small businesses and the self-employed. Part of the Money Advice Trust.
Citizens Advice and Advice Direct Scotland are the official sources of free and independent advice and support.
* We may record calls to help improve our service to you. Calls to 0800 numbers are free from mobiles and landlines. [1] If you agreed your contract directly with us, the 7% discount will be shown as a discount line on your bill.
If you agreed your contract through a third party broker, the discount is included in the standing charge and unit rate.
Customers who move to our variable prices, whose variable prices have changed, those we've price matched, or where another supplier’s energy agreement has transferred to us, do not qualify for a Direct Debit discount.
